The Trees is an eco-homo-erotic musical with 14 songs and 6 characters, where singing trees invite the audience to interrogate progressive heroes President Teddy Roosevelt and naturalist John Muir and reimagine their American folklore as a queer fantasia that heals us and our planet. We are seeking partners to support orchestration and to stage our world premiere.
